This affordable town offers something for everyone! • Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, seeing Medicare patients in their nursing homes for med management, prescribing medications, and creating and following care plans • Join a group that is sponsored by the Universal Healthcare program, and focuses on preventative care for the Geriatric patient population • Collaborate with nursing staff to create accurate care plans for chronically ill patients, see the patients either daily or weekly based on their acuity • Manage 20 to 30 patients in three different nursing homes, creating your own schedule, and the commute is limited to 30 minutes between facilities • New graduates are welcome to apply! • Medical supplies provided, commute compensated, computer and phone provided, full benefit package, and $2500 towards CME, 20 PTO days & 7 holidays! • Relocation Assistance, including temporary housing until needed! • Great pay ranging from 75 to 82 K depending on experience!!
